Can I choose my colour?

Yes, most of our products are available in a variety of finishes and colours. For instance, our range of bespoke leather lounges are available in over 2400 colours combinations

Can I make the lounge bigger (or smaller or in a different shape)?

Yes, our custom range of leather lounges can be made in a variety of sizes and configurations including sectional lounges, corner lounges, chaise lounges, sofas, loveseats, armchairs & more.

Are your lounges 100% leather?

Lounge Life can build to your specification in our custom shop. Regularly this means 100% Full Leather. Most of the time our customers opt for genuine leather on the seated surfaces with a high quality match used elsewhere. Please check the specifications section on the product page to see which upholstery scheme is used on each particular model. If you would like to change the scheme, please contact us for a quote.

Our streamlined manufacturing system includes a pre-build of the frames for our most popular models. This allows us to build out furniture to a consistent and high quality, quickly and more efficiently than other manufacturers. Our proprietary software management system allows us to eliminate inefficiencies from design to delivery so that we can offer you the best furniture at the best price all year round.

I saw it cheaper elsewhere. Do you price match?

If you saw it cheaper elsewhere, it is unlikely you saw an identical product. Please check the dimensions, inclusions and materials before making your comparison. Only Lounge Life is proud to offer you up to 5 years warranty on you purchase.

Do you offer trade pricing?

How do I order?

Orders can be placed online, over the phone or instore. If you need help placing your order, please contact us.


Do I have to pay the full amount up front?

If you're furniture is in stock, we can arrange delivery as soon as the full amount is paid. If we are making a lounge to order in our custom shop we only require a 30% deposit to commence your build.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, EFTPOS, Cash and Bank Deposit. Please note: Drivers can't accept money on our behalf. Full payment can be made in store, online or over the phone prior to delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver?

Yes, we can deliver our furniture to most locations in Australia through our network of trusted professional removalists.

Can I pick up from your warehouse?

Yes, free pickups are available by appointment on weekdays. Please call our office on (02) 9114 6684. You'll need to bring rope, blankets and other materials to secure your goods.

Do I need to be home to accept delivery?

Do I need to sign for delivery

Yes, a signature is required to confirm that the correct goods have been delivered to you.

How long will I have to wait for my order?

If your item is in stock, delivery can be as fast as 24 hours to locations in metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane. For other locations, please contact us. If you choose your colour, material and configuration production time can be in as little as 8 weeks. Leadtimes vary throughout the year. Please contact us to confirm leadtimes if you need your furniture in time for a special event.

Can you hold my furniture in case I'm not ready?

We regularly service our customers who are moving or building and understand that delays can occur. If you think there is a chance you might not be ready to accept delivery once ready, please let us know when you order. Our staff can make arrangements with you to store goods for a limited time. Storage fees may apply for extended storage.


Do your products come with warranty?

Yes, our leather lounges include a 5 Year Structural Warranty. Extended warranty programs are also available through our partner, Guardsman™. Check the product your interested in for applicable warranties.


Can I return my products?

Yes, goods can be returned within 14 days for a change of mind so long as they unused and in equivalent packaging. Products which have been custom made to your requirements may attract a cancellation fee. Please see our full returns policy for more details.

Is it safe to buy online?

Yes, we go to great efforts to ensure your personal data is secured by 256 bit encryption. We won't store your credit card details and we will never sell your information to third parties. All our payments are processed by the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank through EWay, Australia's most trusted online payment gateway.
