Lounge Life has a very good collection of Lounges and Sofas. Our experience with this store was really fascinating with lovely and helpful staff. Shohrat Garg was patient to listen to all our requests and queries and her product knowledge helped us in identifying the right sofa and customizations needed. She went extra mile in calling her managers to identify whether the leather colour which we were interested in is still available. We went to Salisbury showroom and we’re most impressed with the staff there who allowed us to browse with hovering, answered our questions politely. The showroom is huge and allows you to get a better idea of the furniture. The range and options are far more than apparent on the website. Once we’d made a decision on the lounge we liked we were very ably assisted by John, who explained the various configurations of seats and corner units, leather options and coloursn working with our preferences and budget. We are more than pleased with the result and would recommend Lounge Life Salisbury.

We purchased our couch from Mt Waverley showroom and found all sales people very helpful. We were told 12 -16 weeks before delivery and wasn’t I suprised when we were phoned much earlier than expected that our lounge was ready for delivery. John and Oscar delivered the couch, unpacked and attached the legs and placed in position as my husband was 4 weeks post op after a knee replacement surgery, we didn’t even have to ask, what great service, tnx so much John and Oscar.

I recently purchased a 2x2 seater sofas from the Alexandria store. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Cam who was very friendly without being pushy. I then went upstairs to be greeted by Serge who was also very friendly and extremely helpful, he gave me a written quote which was a very good price. As I need a walking stick to walk, he kindly walked slowly in front of me as i walked down the stairs, in my opinion he went above and beyond the call of duty. I then returned 2 days later and purchased different 2x2 seater sofas. I dealt with Jose who was also extremely friendly, helpful and patient. I am definitely not a fan of any type of shopping and after checking internet options I visited Lounge Life as they had a new year sale. John at Mt Waverley was very helpful and provided great service. I purchased a Richmond leather recliner after test driving a few options. I opted to collect the recliner from the Dandenong warehouse and the staff there were also friendly, quick to locate and load my purchase and provided great service. I can't fault my experience. Obviously the recliner is new so I can't comment on long term durability but it is a quality product at a good price

From the moment we walked into Lounge Life at Aspley we felt very welcomed by the Sales Manager Deepa Sheikh, she was so helpful & showed us many suitable lounges & modular styles, we settled on a lovely leather modular, Deepa was so helpful in making all the necessary arrangements for delivery before Christmas, we are very satisfied customers & would throughly recommend this wonderful upmarket furniture company. We give it 5 stars.

From the moment I walked into Living Unlimited, I was greeted by Roslyn and by Wade. I was on a mission ...to buy the Lexington sofas. Roslyn informed me throughout our conversation that she had done interior design. I have just sold my very large home and moved into a 2 bedroom villa. My new home will be Japanese influenced. Roslyn showed me the fabulous colours of leather to choose from as well as the different grades of leather. I thought I would go for a red leather sofa and was a little disappointed that the red was not the right colour. Roslyn was happy to look at my home photos and she asked about my wall colours and the furniture I was keeping.... having pictures was a real winner. I decided on BLACK LEATHER. I can't wait for my delivery. Thank you so much Roslyn for making a stressful time a lot easier. I was wished a lovely day as well as a Merry Christmas. Overall, A very pleasant experience and I would be more than happy to recommend Roslyn at Aspley store as your "go to" salesperson if you are looking for excellent service. 10/10 from me. I had a fantastic experience at Loungelife! The selection of furniture is stylish and high-quality. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the shopping process enjoyable. I found exactly what I needed for my home. Highly recommend!

The sofas are lovely and comfortable. I received excellent service from sales and to delivery. Unfortunately less than a year later, my coach is delaminating. Thinking this is covered under warranty, I applied for a repair. However, a month later they refused, saying that this is caused by “sweat”. All I ask for is a repair (the rest of the coach is fine, only this portion).\n\nEDIT: I’ve been told that my leather wipes by Sabco caused this damage. However, manufacturer of the Oakwood wipes beg to differ. Will be continuing further investigation myself.\n\nBeware

While we didn't make our final purchase here. Staff were friendly and helpful. The product was suburb and probably quality wise at the top of the market. The showroom was spacious and a great layout. No question was silly for the workers.

All the staff at Lounge life were lovely and super helpful with all my requests and queries. I drove up from the central coast as I was unable to find anything that suited my budget and requirements close to home. I called with lots of questions and James was so helpful and accomodating from start to finish. We look forward to enjoying our new lounge. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

We walked in & were served by an extremely professional & lovely gentleman named Daniel. He was very helpful & knowledgeable. We saw, chose & paid for a stunning couch.

Just received our new Kiama outdoor setting and are very pleased and happy with it. We came to the store and everyone was very attentive and helpful. Cameron managed to organise a rather quick delivery - which is greatly appreciated. All in all a very good shopping experience," thank you " to all especially to Cameron who looked after us so friendly and efficiently.

Cam and Jose the store manager went out of their way to accommodate our wishes, very happy with the service received.

Don\'t go to the store in Casula - it\'s very bad customers service , unprofessional staff there. There is no one taking responsible for the mistake which have done by their deliveried people. For any your inconvenience, they just said \" it\'s a mistake\" without apologized. I will never comeback to purchase anything from this shop again . I hope everyone else do not get any bad experience like me.

Our couch has been sitting in the warehouse for a few weeks. Due to the expensive cost for delivery (living somewhat regionally) we opted to pick up. After first week being told the warehouse is not allowing pick ups we booked the next week. My husband took a day off work, hired a trailer, and drove 2 hours into the 3 hour trip when I rang to let them know what time he’d the there, they responded by saying there were no pick ups that day (even though it was booked and in their 11-2 wed or fri window). He had to drive 2 hrs home.\nI’ve been waiting for a manager to call me back for 7 days, I’ve spoken to someone 4 times and told the same story, still no manager has returned my call. I have also had many calls not answered and many voicemails not returned.\nThe communication and responsiveness is absolutely terrible.\nSo disappointing, as the couch that I tested out in store was amazing!
