Lounge life has a great selection to choose from. I was greeted by staff and given time to look around, David, one if the sales men, helped by answering all my questions and offered great advice with absolutely no pressure to make a sale. I highly recommend taking a look at Lounge Life, I am pleased I bought my lounge from Lounge Life. Thank you David. Also I was pleasantly surprised with the price.

We've bought 2 lounges from Lounge Life now. Each time we've had impeccable service. Each member of their team have been genuinely friendly, patient, engaging and helpful. No weirdness or sleazy pressure to buy.. just great people. The lounges are great quality and even better value in comparison to places like Freedom or Harvey Norman. Had a great experience, salespeople are not pushy at all which I love The lounges speak for themselves and there is a lot of great designs to choose from, fabric and leather. I have issues with mobility and they had a great range to choose from. The stairs were the only issue as it's a heritage building to see the lounges you need to get up 2 lots of stairs there's no lift.

Bought a sofa in here. Haven’t received the sofa yet so not sure about the quality . But the service from all staffs special Raymond here is the best. Had purchased and changed mind mine after a week to different one. He not says anything still very happy to help. Very satisfied

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is an absolute scam, they offer a warranty on their products but refuse to abide by it. We have had two technicians out to look at our defective lexington lounge, both times the technicians have told us their are faults with the lounge and then funny enough both times the company has said there is nothing wrong with the lounge. We finally had the headrests remade due to the fact the first ones had no padding in them, this week we had them replaced only to have the new ones not actually join at the back. As you can see in the photo, there is a big massive gap. Apparently there is nothing wrong with the lounge according to this company. Do not all for all the positive reviews, these are done before you even receive your goods!

After being fooled around by lounge lovers and still not receiving our couch after 5 months, I went into lounge life to find a replacement. David was extremely friendly and helpful and managed to get my couch ordered and delivered within 3 days. Would definitely be shopping here for all future furniture.

Zara has been very helpful and patient in helping us to choose a leather module set that fit our living room. She is very knowledgeable and took us through the different lounge configuration and materials. She also helped us arrange for delivery and take us through the maintenance requirements for leather lounge. A very satisfying experience, highly recommended. Great at selling you a sofa, terrible service after it was sold to me. Delivery is a scam. Paid in advance and waited months for delivery. When it came, guys dumped sofa in pieces in middle of house, still in packaging and refused to assemble it. If I wanted to build my own sofa, I would have bought better quality from Ikea.

Went in looking for a chaise and was presented with plenty of different options. Raymond was super helpful and made it such an enjoyable experience. He was really patient with us as we took a long time to find the perfect couch and choose from SO many colour options. We never felt rushed and he took the time to give useful suggestions. Having almost given up on tracking down the lounge suite we wanted we were delighted to discover Lounge Life at Salisbury. This experience was made all the more enjoyable by meeting Scott in the showroom. His no pressure approach, coupled with his knowledge and enthusiasm for the products, immediately engaged us. After spending a lot of time with Scott, we decided we needed a little more time to consider exactly what we wanted so we left that day and returned the following morning. Once again, Scott, was able to answer all our questions and patiently spent more time showing us the features of what we’d chosen. Who would ever have imagined that you could find a sofa and lounge chair with USB ports in them, together with separate adjustable electric headrests and leg rests! Not only did the items we chose look great, but they were structurally sound, with a good measure of attention to detail. People like Scott are worth their weight in gold. After placing our order for a sofa with a console (which included two further USB ports plus a power point!) and two chairs we are now looking forward to receiving our order prior to Christmas.
