He advised on fabric choices and the style of lounge which was suited to me and my living space. I very rarely leave Google reviews but so pleased with the service and my lounge, that I would recommend a visit to anyone whom may want to purchase a lounge set.

She was more than happy to go through all the possibilities with us and provided us with all the details we needed. It made the decision-making process so much easier!

We also loved the beautiful scent in the showroom and asked Marina what they use. Even though it’s not a product they sell, she happily showed us what they use without hesitation.

We recently ordered the Harlow leather lounge from Lounge Life and the service we received was impeccable. We made 3 visits in total to check measurements, do the sit test, confirm colours etc and not once did we feel pressured or rushed. Matt and Howard were both lovely and treated my kids in such a friendly way including showing them the electric bed upstairs so my husband and I could make important couch decisions without distractions. My was cheerful and friendly, a very nice difference from other stores we have visited. She showed us the range and we settled quickly on a chair. My took exceptional care in making sure that the chair we chose was comfortable and demonstrated the features. After the colour was chosen, we placed the order and My was very diligent and made sure we understood the warranty and length of time before delivery would be made.

I went to the showroom after finding a sofa that I liked online. Sunny walked me over to that sofa and then talked me through how the configuration of my choice would piece together. When I wasn’t sold on the firmness of it, he showed me some very close alternatives. I’m glad he did because instead of going with the Dover, I went with the Avalon and am really thrilled about it; the recliner lays out almost completely flat! We had been to all of the lounge stores in our area, looking to replace our 10 yr old leather lounge. . Because we weren't able to find what we were looking for anywhere, I thought the chances were pretty slim in finding one at all. Immediately we were greeted at the door, and asked if we needed any help. We decided to have a look around on our own for a while. We liked how the showroom was set up, and there were so many lounges to choose from. I find when I go out looking for a piece of furniture I don't want to be over stimulated with a lot of other furniture or decor. Lounge life was perfect. We actually found a lounge that suited both of us, then our sales assistant Maya came over and asked if we needed help. She showed us their colour ranges, and pulled the large swatches down and draped them over the lounge, and tried to consider both of our tastes, no mean feat, as my husband and I don't always agree 🙂. We found what we liked, and we were able to put together our new lounge and armchair. No trying to persuade us, just some professional advice. We are very happy and would recommend Lounge life wholeheartedly. The team are fantastic, and really know their stuff. Thankyou so much.

I bought a two seater recliner lounge from Lounge Life, Aspley Qld on 2/6/26.
Georgia assisted me with good knowledge and easy communication. There was no 'pushing' and I took my time to make a decision between two. I had shopped around and found Lounge Life had quality stock and a good price, although full delivery and assemble is on the high side - however it may be worth it if the freight company are careful. It is 10-12 weeks for delivery as I wanted leather instead of fabric, so I will do another review when it gets here. The in-store experience with Georgia was good.

My parents had sofas from lounge life in their home that the grandkids absolutely abused (jumping on it, spilling food) I was so impressed by the quality after 2 years of use. I decided to go ahead and purchase for our home and the quality has been exceptional, not to mention the outstanding pricing! We had no problem with warranty as well, some places give you a hard time honouring warranty but our experience went very smoothly with lounge life more than willing to rectify any issues promptly.
