I bought a two seater recliner lounge from Lounge Life, Aspley Qld on 2/6/26. Georgia assisted me with good knowledge and easy communication. There was no 'pushing' and I took my time to make a decision between two. I had shopped around and found Lounge Life had quality stock and a good price, although full delivery and assemble is on the high side - however it may be worth it if the freight company are careful. It is 10-12 weeks for delivery as I wanted leather instead of fabric, so I will do another review when it gets here. The in-store experience with Georgia was good.

We had been looking for a quality leather sofa lounge suite for some time and had travelled to Brisbane a few times to get quotes etc but were shocked at the prices quoted. Then by chance we spotted Lounge Life at Aspley on our way home and I recognised the name from my Facebook feed. We were impressed with the quality and range of suites. Georgia did us an amazing deal on the suite, delivery and warranty. Frankly this made our decision an easy one and we chose a very comfortable quality suite. Now we can't wait till it all arrives. My parents had sofas from lounge life in their home that the grandkids absolutely abused (jumping on it, spilling food) I was so impressed by the quality after 2 years of use. I decided to go ahead and purchase for our home and the quality has been exceptional, not to mention the outstanding pricing! We had no problem with warranty as well, some places give you a hard time honouring warranty but our experience went very smoothly with lounge life more than willing to rectify any issues promptly. I highly recommend this place.

Have just ordered the Broadway 2 seater recliner in Vintage Saddle and do not expect to receive it for a couple of months ... But what I can tell you is that the customer service I received was fantastic. Kathy at Warrawong answered all my questions, applied no pressure, helped me decide what would work best in my space and was nothing but helpful and courteous. Thank you Kathy. Now I can't wait to get my recliner!!

Really great experience with Wade Farnham at the Aspley store shopping for a replacement lounge. We had very specific needs 4 seater etc , and he was able to assist after following up with the manufacturer.

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ankur at the Dandenong Showroom. He was great - very friendly and down to earth! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient despite me having a lot of questions to ask him. And the best part was he wasn’t pushy with regard to making the sale. He was there to help, but he also understood that purchasing a new leather lounge suite is a significant investment. He gave us the time we needed to make the right decision. We were tossing up between Nick Scali and Lounge Life, but because of Ankur’s service we decided that Lounge Life was the way to go. If you are looking to purchase new and high quality lounges, I highly recommend both Ankur and Lounge Life.
